Human-readable.
Protocol-native.
Unique usernames map to persistent identities, while technical blockchain addresses remain available underneath.
Implemented · development networkYour identity is more than a key.
Infrastructure for a world that cannot afford to lose access.
Vayos brings persistent accounts, verifiable identity status and controlled recovery into one Layer 1, designed with institutional operations in mind.
A persistent identity with a unique, human-readable username.
Keys can change. Your on-chain identity should not have to. Vayos separates the account from the key that controls it.
Explore how a stable account can retain its address and assets while an authorized recovery changes its controller.
Illustration only. No wallet connection or on-chain transaction.
The account and its signing key are separate.
Unique usernames map to persistent identities, while technical blockchain addresses remain available underneath.
Implemented · development networkOn-chain credentials record issuer, status and validity. Private document verification is a separate service still to be built.
Protocol implemented · synthetic KYC testsOpt-in recovery combines authorized attestations, a waiting period and cancellation controls before a new key takes over.
Implemented · validation in progressInfrastructure designed around responsibility, access and operational boundaries, not just transactions.
Separate operational roles, bounded fund allocations and multisignature authorization for controlled treasury workflows.
Build account experiences around durable identity and key replacement, with explicit recovery policies.
Use readable identities and verifiable credential status as primitives for future financial and enterprise services.
Extend a sovereign Cosmos SDK chain with familiar tooling, transparent protocol rules and purpose-built modules.
Built around identity.
Designed for continuity.
A 1 billion VAY allocation framework, with separate reserves for network rewards, development, ecosystem growth and distribution.
Fixed-supply policy in the current implementation. Protocol changes remain possible through future upgrades.
Applies to transaction fees, not the amount transferred.
Sale allocations are not evidence of funds raised. No token price, return, listing or liquidity is guaranteed.
Vayos is in development. A local devnet validates the foundations; production readiness requires independent operation and rigorous review.
Local development deployment. Not a public testnet or mainnet.
Planned work. No launch date is committed.
Proposed capabilities, not currently delivered.
No. Vayos is being developed as a sovereign Layer 1 using Cosmos SDK and CometBFT. VAY is its native asset.
No. Personal documents should not be stored on the public chain, but credential metadata and transactions can still be linkable. The current work does not provide anonymity or zero-knowledge identity.
No. Recovery is opt-in and subject to its configured authorization, waiting period and cancellation rules. Compromised issuers or signers remain a security risk.
Not yet. Current development and local tests are not a substitute for independent audits, distributed operations, production custody and any required legal or regulatory review.
Explore the protocol, economic framework, institutional use cases and the work still ahead.
